Why Nadsur
Why Now
Why This Way
The location wasn’t chosen casually. The Sahyadri foothills around Nadsur, Khopoli have a particular quality green and genuinely beautiful in a way that doesn’t require embellishment and they’re still close enough to Mumbai and Pune that you can use a property here on an ordinary weekend, not just a long one.
The Kondgaon Dam is 3 km away. Nadsur village is at your doorstep. The hills come alive in the monsoon and stay cool through winter. The temperature range 12°C to 35°C makes the property usable across seasons, not just comfortable in October. We wanted to build something in a place that would still feel special five years from now. Nadsur earns its appeal from the land itself.

Phase I Sold Out Here's What That Means for Phase II
The first 12 plots offered at ₹200/sqft were fully allocated. That’s not a marketing line; it’s a record. It tells you that real buyers who saw the land and understood the project were willing to commit to it early.
Phase II opens 10 more plots at ₹250/sqft pre-launch. The Farmery Commune isn’t asking you to believe in something speculative it’s asking you to decide before the window closes.
